Handling and delivery
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are usually processed the same day; everything else goes out the next business day. Typical delivery is three to seven business days depending on your distance from the shipping origin.
Toys ship in protective packaging. Give rechargeable toys a full charge before first play, and supervise the first session.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your label is scanned. You can also find it on your order page at any time. If tracking has not moved in three business days, email us and we will chase it down.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all fifty US states. Alaska and Hawaii may take a few extra days. We are not shipping internationally yet.
