Email is best
Send us your question along with your order number if you have one. We answer Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm ET, and we aim to reply within one business day.
Sizing help
Tell us your pet's breed, weight, and how they sleep â sprawled flat, curled in a ball, or jammed against a wall â and we will tell you which size and shape to buy. This is genuinely our favorite kind of email.
Order changes
Need to change an address or cancel? Email us as fast as you can. If the label has not printed yet we can almost always fix it.
