The 30-day play window
You have thirty days from the delivery date to return anything you bought from us for a full refund of the item price. That window exists specifically so your dog can actually try the thing.
A genuine trial run is fine. We only decline returns that are damaged, chewed through, or heavily soiled beyond cleaning.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and a sentence about what did not work â too small, too firm, wrong shape, whatever it is. We send return instructions the same business day.
That last detail genuinely helps. It is how we improve the sizing notes on our product pages.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three to five business days of us receiving the item. You will get an email confirmation when it is processed.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered, send us a photo. We will replace it or refund it immediately and cover the return shipping. You should not be out of pocket for our mistake.
