Named after a dog who needs a job
Teddy is a cavapoo. He weighs about eighteen pounds, has opinions about weather, and will invent trouble if nobody gives him something to do. When we started paying attention to how much of his day is chase, tug, and “what is in that puzzle,” the idea for this store fell into place.
We had already bought a pile of toys that failed in different ways. One sat in a basket after two days. One was too fragile for a real chew. One was “interactive” until the battery died and nobody could find a replacement. The ones that actually got used were simple: a ball that moves on its own, a rope for tug, and a feeder that makes dinner last.
Teddy's Pet Provisions exists so you can start with those three instead of running the experiment yourself.
What we actually do
We sell smart items for dogs: an upgraded interactive ball as the hero product, a spare chew rope, and a treat feeder. You can buy them alone or as a kit.
Curation is the job. We look for clear specs — size range, floor type, how it is powered — and we write that down in plain language on the product page.
How we choose what to carry
Three questions decide it. Can we explain, in one sentence, which dog it is for? Are the specs honest? Would we be comfortable standing behind the return policy if it is the wrong fit?
If a product fails any of those, it does not get listed. That is why the catalog is deliberately small. We would rather help you pick correctly once than sell you a closet of unused toys.
The promise
Honest descriptions. Clear photos. Real notes about indoor hardwood and outdoor carpet. Free shipping over $49, a thirty-day return window, and a human being who answers email.
If something we sold you does not work for your dog, tell us. We will make it right, and we will use what you tell us to make the next recommendation better.
