Which dogs is the smart ball for?
The 2026 upgraded interactive ball is listed for small, medium, and large dogs. Supervise first play so you can see how hard your dog mouths it. The product page notes indoor hardwood floors and outdoor carpet.
What is in the play kit?
The kit is the hero smart ball, a chew rope for tug, and a treat feeder. You can buy each item on its own, or get all three as the kit deal.
What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is $11.95. Orders of $49 or more ship free within the United States. Most orders leave within one to two business days and arrive in three to seven business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Can I return a toy my dog will not use?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. A genuine trial run is expected â we only ask that the item is not damaged, chewed through, or heavily soiled. Email us and we will send return instructions and refund you once it arrives back.
Does the smart ball include a spare chew rope?
Yes. The hero ball listing randomly includes one spare chew rope. The play kit adds a dedicated rope toy and a treat feeder on top of that.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest with just an email address. Creating an account simply saves your shipping address and keeps your order history in one place.
